Refund Policy
Our refund policy for maintenance plans lasts 30 days from the date of the first purchase. If 30 days have passed since your first purchase, we can’t offer a full refund.
Refunds
Maintenance plans (subscriptions): You may request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase date. Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the first purchase date unless required by law.
Services already delivered: If work has been performed, access has been provided, tasks have been completed, or support time has been used during the refund window, any refund (if approved) may be prorated to account for services already delivered. We do not provide full refunds for services that have been completed successfully.
Immediate start / setup: Maintenance plans typically begin immediately after purchase (including onboarding, configuration checks, monitoring setup, backups, updates, or initial audits). If these have started, refunds (if approved) may be reduced accordingly.
One-time services: For one-time services, refunds are assessed case-by-case. If the service has been completed successfully or substantially delivered, we can’t offer a full refund. If a one-time service has not started, we may be able to offer a full refund.
Non-refundable costs: Third-party costs are non-refundable (e.g., plugin/theme licenses, hosting, domain registrations, paid tools, paid email services, ad spend, and other vendor charges) unless the third party refunds them.
Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend related services while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
