We distinguish between “Modifications” and “Redesigns/Projects”.
Modifications (included in the package) generally mean small updates to existing content or styling, such as replacing existing text and/or swapping or lightly editing existing images that you provide, within the plan’s fair-use limits.
Redesigns/Projects (charged hourly or quoted) include changes that materially alter structure, layout, navigation, functionality, integrations, or require new creative/design/development work. Examples include (without limitation): adding new page templates or new sections with new layout, creating or restructuring site navigation, changing site-wide design/graphics, building or modifying functionality, custom development, migrations, or any work that requires significant planning/testing.
Unless explicitly included in your plan or agreed in writing, Redesigns/Projects are charged at our hourly rate (or quoted as a separate project). If there is any uncertainty whether a request is a Modification or a Redesign/Project, Deutrix Ltd will classify it in good faith and inform you before proceeding.
Client responsibilities: You must provide timely access, required content/assets (text, images, licenses), and approvals. Delays caused by missing access, third-party vendors, hosting providers, or plugin/theme authors may affect timelines and are not considered a breach of service.
